Hey guys, Windy and HOT today.

Nothing really on the agenda. Taking GGD over to the 'city' so she can stay with her daddy over the weekend, after he gets off work. Monday is going to be busy. Leo flies out of the 'city' to go to France to visit his college running teammate for a month and a half. We are dropping him off at the airport at 5am (plane leaves at 6am), then go by and pick up GGD and take her back to her mother.

And the bad news continues. Now I get to put on a glucose monitor and start taking Jardiance. Whoo Hoo! Looks like I'll be dancing around and singing before I know it.

Back from visiting our neighbors to the North. Family trip to Niagara Falls was a success. Beautiful place. If you've never been I highly recommend it.

Hot as a $2 hooker here, 95 and heat index triple digits. Of course it's humid Arkansas. Spring was ruined with rain when the pool was nice enough to get it, now the pool feels like a bathtub. I need a pool water cooler in addition to the pool water heater.

Been to gym to just walk a bit today, since boxing last night was intense, then go to Aldi and Restore and came home. I found a old bookcase style headboard I plan to get if I can twist Arron's arm tomorrow. It's a kind but has holes for a queen, and will replace the giant headboard in the spare room now and will blend better with that 60s bedroom suit that's in there. Not a perfect match but way better.
