day 3 of 100 degrees and hot winds.... really can't do a lot outside like any fun stuff.... nobody wants to ride there mocycles when its like this.... had some car shows this weekend but did not attend... it does have me thinking of getting AC in the Polara...
workout day and then see what is going on...... ran out of materials for the porch... so will keep going on it Monday. stay hydrated Guru's |

Hot as all get out here, again. I was just fussing about all the rain but at least the temps were on point. This 100 degree crap is nuts. I like a rain every other day, just enough to water the grass and plants. The monsoons and generational floods we got were nonsense. Of course mother nature can't spread that crap out through the year like we need it. Reminds me that I forgot to order parts to install a sprinkler system here. I still need to do that. Arron was up before 8 today, ran to MdD's and brought me back a "lamborghini coffee" as he calls it. That plus my Vyvance med should have me up and about soon enough. Pool was 93 yesterday but weirdly felt refreshing. May try here in a bit and check it out. Would like to hit some flea markets today and get the new headboard in place so I can get rid of the other one.

My back has improved slightly. I'm trying to do some chores today. Have to modify my diet which I have known for years now but have been slow to fully accept all changes. Mainly cookies, ice cream, dairy products, fried and processed foods. I've been stubborn and in denial of having to make changes but I need a swift kick in the ass to get me onboard. I've been living more on the do as you wish and die happy lifestyle than on the do you need to do to make it to 80 lifestyle. I'm trying. I'm already half way there with some changes. Now if I just follow through with the rest I'll be golden. This year I had a major shift in how I feel physically. I guess it was bound to happen sometime. Going to just keep on keepin on.
