Where is everybody?
Hot again here today, will be next couple weeks. Things have slowed down for me in the office but we have a large yard sign/banner job for the local radio station we trade with so will be assembling all that mess. I hate doing those, but we all help out where we can. I skipped boxing last night, I overdid myself working at home Monday evening so I'll try to go tonight. Tonight is technique anyway and I need that more so it works out. We're also in the middle of moving our office across the street so things are a bit haywire up here. I think the printers, laminators, plotters and mess will go this weekend. I'll be the last to make the move and would rather move my stuff myself. I know how those two dudes will handle stuff if I don't. |

HOWDY! Hot, humid and overcast skies. Saw my cardiologist yesterday and said outside of my A1C my numbers are excellent. He said not to worry as we can get that under control with medication. He also said I looked great, and healthy. Maybe he was just looking for a tip.  Said I should have no problem making it to 90. I think this doctor is just practicing positive reenforcement. If I died next week I guess he could just say he was wrong.  Have you ever heard of someone that just recently saw his/her doctor and got a clean bill of health only to drop dead from a heart attack or stroke soon after? Or they have a slip and fall cracking their skull. Just be careful out there gurus. Don't become a statistic.  |

I prefer the stories about the guy who looked like chit who smoked and drank his whole life who lived to be 98.... most folks can relate to that more ya.....
Mulch day and sunshine and humids.... 1 1/2" of rain last night.... hoping to get lawn mowed before the next round... at 1:10 Doc is going to get me to help her unload the truck.... geez..... the pressure..... must use my Jedi breathing techniques..... just breath Guru's |
