Happy Friday to all. Whatever happened to HCF? A real shame when that disappeared...

Should be hot again today. We had some showers and nasty wind yesterday. A big tree got knocked down at a local restaurant that has been there since the 1930s. Took out a landmark sign, unfortunately. Not sure if they will be able to repair and rebuild it. Hopefully.

I also hope to get back on the trans am this weekend. I have the part, just have to get out there and do it. 2 hours should be enough, hopefully.

Letty - I'm guessing your boss is a "customer is always right" kind of guy. Personally, I'd tell the dude to kick rocks.

Another cooler day here, just a bit below 'normal' and a chance for rain (I'll believe it when I see it).

Not a lot on the agenda today, Father would like me to change out some door knobs at church to touch pad locks...I'll probably give him a call to arrange to do that.

Good morning yall, already hot here today, I had a training appt at 10 he backed it up to 11, good with me, I was running behind anyway, didn't want to get up. After boxing last night I was sleeping hard. However, had I known I could've still slept lol . I had paid for some pt time months ago then the guys MIL ended up very very ill and was dying, then hospice and she eventually passed a month or so back. I know the feeling so tried to give space. I'm only doing about 3 sessions, I can self manage, but I'm 10 years older and different health conditions so prefer to have some professional guidance to rework my sets. Boxing coach informed me last night in the next week or two I'd be in the ring for my first rounds of light sparring. My question was WHO WITH? I see how everyone else in there is and I'm nowhere near that level, don't want my teeth knocked out ,especially the $1500 bridge. Neighbors having a giant yard sale, it's all I can do not to go over there and pilfer as I did see some vintage crockpots and a couple other things I liked.

Letty. maybe you should take up pillow fighting instead.

Matt, you will always be a conehead to me.

I hope you are all enjoying the summer y'all craved back in February. I'm a big fan of early spring and late fall weather myself.

Went for a spinal MRI this morning. I know it will be pretty much the same as last one 9 months ago. See what my pain management doctor has to say about it on Monday. Did I ever mention "I want a new drug.".
