Surprisingly the forecast is not 75 and sunny. Still trying to figure that one out.

I've been following out of state property prices for a while now. Trying to make plans for the (much further down the road) eventual retirement. But the prices have doubled and tripled in some of the areas I'm looking (TN and KY mostly). Hard to believe it's gotten that insane. I'm not sure if it will stay like this or there will be another bubble pop. Guess time will tell.

VB, good luck with the musical battle. Maybe it's time to pump some easy listening through those speakers. I'm sure they'd love that.

Good morning Matt. Yep, not 75 and sunny here either, more like 35 and raining. We're officially under a winter storm warning with 6+ inches of snow due in Saturday. Was hoping we'd make it without it. Fun to play in but not have to try to get to work in.
About the music, yeah it would be funny to find a way to stream in some. I think I'll find one of mine from home and hide it over there somewhere and mess with them. I've got a matched pair out in the yard I can put in there so they'll have more trouble locating the source.
Guess I best get busy here, have a UTV to get some camo laid out for.

Sunny side up here with a temp of 44....but.... there is wind... got the AFM delete plug ins yesterday... put one on the 17 Tahoe and it seems to do what it is supposed to... taking the other in to put in the 09 hoe today. that is the one I'm most worried about having a hyd lifter fail....

Let me redo that - mayor , who is also one of our certified weather spotters just posted a vid:
we're up to "10+" inches of snow, sleet, 15mph winds with snow drifts, lows near zero and windchill making it "several degrees below zero". I am not made for this crap!

Going to get cold here but no precip scheduled for a long time.... you guys go ahead and get all that good moisture for next years crops....

Got the ABS Module back so will bolt it back in.... then see it the lights on the dash go out..... hopefully....

was in the Star City on errands so stopped by and put the AFM delete on the 09 Tahoe.... took it for a test drive and it stayed in V8 mode.... I love V8 mode.....

Hey guys, was a decent day here today. Went over to the 'city' and picked up some essentials for the upcoming winter storm. Those low temps and 15mph winds would be welcomed here, they are saying single digits and negative digits with 30-40mph winds for us over the weekend with 1"-3" snow. A couple weeks ago when they predicted 1"-3" we got 10", so I guess we'll see what comes.
