The get it done day or , hold the recliner down day - whatever is your gig. Thanks for the prayers Tommy, sending prayers for yall too, this has stressed us both the f out. My trauma therapist told me she don't see how I'm functioning, I just told her "autopilot" and that's about all I know to do. He plans to go to work Monday as he feels he has to due to the FMLA/ADA compliance mess. ADA compliance means you work something out with your employee, by federal law. FMLA ending don't mean you're "legally required" to terminate them if they can't come back right then. That's what ADA is for. Also, you *can* hold their job if you choose, to but you're not legally required to. Office manager there is full of shit.
I don't feel good today but need to get some things done. I have to take it slow now due to all the hip mess, plus I'm just tired. Not slept much in a few days, over exerted/dehydrated myself Monday and I just got the feel-bads today. |
