Good morning, hot here as usual, ready for a day off already. Might be in here tomorrow for some extra, haven't heard yet. Arron *finally* was approached via certified letter from work about working with him on some ADA accommodations, two weeks too late. He requested this prior to his FMLA ending and was firmly told no that he'd be terminated as required by law - which is beyond incorrect. So, I quickly wrote him a letter last week about it, he gave it to her and she said she'd send it to their labor lawyer or something. I guess she got set straight as he got his letter yesterday. I ain't done. They violated federal law, caused him mental grief in a big way and since he felt he had no choice but go back, that's likely screwed up any disability help he's applied for which affects us too. Not to mention, treating a person like that who is already suffering cancer stage 4 is reprehensible.
