I saw in the event calendar that you can't make it to the Florida gathering due to being in Louisville. We can have our own gathering! LOL

There ya go. The wife and I are going to the Houseboat show. Not in the market, but just wanted to see what is out there. We might have to get together and grab some lunch or dinner or at least drink one together.

yeah! That may be a great idea! It is supposed to be nice up here this weekend from what I heard. Maybe we need to get Kentucky_vetter up here too!

When and Where ?

This weekend is the boat show. We can meet in Louisville somewhere or a little South, but not too far because I have to work Saturday and Sunday night. Maybe lunch would be cool!

I have a vette club meeting saturday morning , the rest of the weekend is clear though ! Is it at Freedom Hall ?

That might work. They are all complaining that they havent been anywhere this winter.

That would be cool! I am trying to get the brakes on the '71 fixed so I may be able to bring it with me.

FINALLY got it fixed Friday Night. Dug 3 feet down and foud that the copper pipe from the house went into a PVC pipe. The PVC coupler split in two. I was so beat Saturday that I did nothing except rest. My back hurt so bad from digging!

Anyway, I really meant to call you anyway to let you know I wasn't going to be able to get over there...before I knew it, it was 5pm.

No problem. Glad you got the problem fixed. Hope the back gets better. I am sure you needed the rest. We'll get together sometime this spring or summer. We come up that way every 1-2 months.

Wish i could have made it. Club went to Red River Gorge in the rain, was a nasty day. Most of the houseboats you saw were probablly built right here in Somerset or Monticello as this is the "Houseboat Capitol of the World".
