Here is my garage, started it a little more than a year ago. Just about finished. It has 9' ceiling on one bay and 11' on the other, gas hot air heat, air compressor, cable, half attic with pull down steps, 100 amp electric and fire alarm system, Next up is a lift. As you can see from the pics, I have been collecting garage art for years waiting for this to happen.

Nice! Like all the Nascar stuff. And looks like you have plenty of room for a lift. What kind of lift are you planning on

Laid it out for a four post so I can store one car up. Need to make some adjustments to my high lift garage door tracks to get them up another foot.

Nice garage, so far I really like my 4 post lift. You have lots of neat stuff in there, 348/409 valve cover isn't something you see every day!

Very nice. I don't have the talent for decorating that some of you guys have. My garage looks like a garage, yours looks like a rec room where you park your car.

Dammit, I've been thinking about mine for over a year.

Are you putting in a 2-post lift? How high are your rafters?

I want to pitch the ceiling with some trusses to get more vertical clearance.

Not really decorating, just dragged all the junk out that I have been collecting for the last 30 years and hung it up wherever it fit. Still finding stuff I tucked away years ago.

Going to put in a four post. Rafters are 11' high. Should have no trouble storing one up and one down. I have to do a little mod to the door tracks to get them up higher so I can open the door with a car on the lift. Door guys couldn't grasp that concept when they were doing the install.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I spoke with five different door companies before I found the one who knew exactly what I wanted, how to do it and didn't think I was crazy.
