This show is being put on by Madison Motorsports, the motorsports club started by James Madison University students several years ago.
It is April 5th from 11-4. (sorry for the short notice) Link to forum with event details... MMSports Event Details These are not a bunch of spoiled rich kids showing off their HS grad presents. This club is about motorsports. They won the NASA Mid Atlantic worker of the year award and have flagging programs with two other organizations. They have alumni that race Spec Miata, Porsche 944 and several instructors. Events are usually auto-x, karting and track days. The students spend hours flagging to earn free driving events. The event is on-campus and attempts to attract new members to the car and motorsports hobby. FWIW, the name of the on-campus lot....C4 |
