I have worked 3rdshift almost all my working career. I work 12 hours though instead of 8. My shift dif WAS 15% but our company is getting bought out and they are dropping the shift dif. Sux big time. The reason we get shift dif is because you can't function like a normal human being even when your off.
Because of all of this, I am going to go full time at my second job which does have the dif but pays less. It will equal out in the end and itseasier work. So this is the opportune time to start the screenprinting biz. |

I work shift work-rotating 12's. 5p-5a, or 5a-5p. I prefer the nights, less BS, no "dog and pony" shows. Just keep the place runnin' and don't blow it up. Days suck! Everyone in admin is up your butt, continual interruptions and stupid stuff. 10 yrs at a chemical plant now, but it's a livin' that allows me toys!

i work in a real high profile are at ithaca college, it will be nice to go back to third shift, noone up my ass
