Has anyone replaced the seat covers in Sport seats? I can't find out which way is the best for the back covers since they are stapled to the sides. Where should I start?

OK thanks, but I also wonder how to do the disassemble the whole thing.
Do I start to remove the hogrings that are holding sides and middle section together? It is crimped around 2 thin rods, one from the side bolster cover and one from the middle section cover, all together with the "frame skeleton rod". Same on both sides. So, I imagine, if I loose these hogrings and some in the bottom part, I can fold the side bolster cover out and then reach the staples. Same thing for the main middle part of the seat cover.
I mean, the hogrings crimped around the 2 thin rods and the "skeleton rod" is really the key to dismantling the seat???
