Should be titled "Typical Spec Miata Race".

35 car field, 5 race drivers, 30 idiots.

May I suggest you turn your volume off so you don't have to listen to that incessant buzz. Now I have a headache.

Yeah, it looks like they plucked a bunch of morons from my commute off of the freeway and put 'em in Miatas.

Every Miata race I seen is like this. A high percentage of these drivers are either new or guys that rent (arrive & drive) the cars. The all have a "Nascar Mentality".
I usually try and catch the race starts at the track just to see the first crash.

No kiddin', you ought to be inside of one with the sheetmetal vibrating.
That and they're very boring to drive.
You come on to a straight and think "Is that tach moving?"
And if you're turning fast laps (relitive) in one at a track like ThunderHill, you only get to use 2 gears out of the 5 available.

Here's a friend of mine going airborne at Summit Point at the start of a race this year. The full version with sound is available, but my friend expresses himself in a way that CF might not appreciate:lol:

After the tire wall, he does more than 360 deg in mid air before settling down.

Here it is.

That's how I drive when I race. Difference is that my Playstation doesn't get damaged when I pass like a moron.

Seems like some of these guys aren't aware or don't care what is around them. But I've never tried racing in real life, so I probably should keep my mouth shut.

Seems like those Miata's are spring loaded, and like to pop on impact. Scary.
