Hidey-ho! Friday has arrived already - yay! I decided to work from home so my commute to the nap chair will be short. We have Monday off, so that will save some wear and tear on the alarm clock.

Failure to keep the nuts from the guns has already been pronounced. The gun is not the problem. It's the crazies that get their hands on one. Oddly, there seems to be some type of military connection in many cases. The guy that shot up Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport, the guy that shot up the church in Texas, this kid was in ROTC before he got expelled. Timothy McVeigh and the list goes on.

Yes, the tool Mecca was fun  Didn't do much today. I got a couple of loads of laundry in but that's about it. Picking up the kids now and then I need to make them some dinner. Hope everyone has a great day! |

Good afternoon y'all.... day off today so got some errands taken care of and went by the two local pet pounds, we've about decided to get the dog a dog. She's lonely after having her lifemate put to sleep from cancer and various other ailments. Founds some I liked then found out one of them I can't have due to a local ordinance - which I thin is BS. And go figure, the calmest one of the whole bunch. A white pitt.
Anyway - thinking about a quick nap the gloomy ugly weather just keeps me in a funk and not wanting to do much |
