Morning guys...slept in this morning. Nothing like Brad could do, but for us a good showing...miss you Brad. It is clear and chilly out there this morning. It is supposed to warm up a little, low 40s.

We will host a little brunch for #2 and the boys a little later, then we will take #1 GS back up to Goodland.

Weather the same here Gris........ maybe headed back to bed....wake me when its over......

Was going to get started putting on the new splitter yesterday but ended up working all day in the office....may try again today....

Yeah I miss Brad also.... the man who turned sleeping in into an art form.
The thing is we get no closure when something happens. Just like BillH...... if Tee had not gone looking we would not know what happened, and still don't really know what happened..... not that we need to know but I guess for me it would help.

Forward my friends.....and stay thirsty......

Sudden. I was thinking heart. I think of Brad also.

I told you guys before I keep thinking from time to time I have to call my mother. I know everybody and everything eventually has to go. Just doesn't always work out according to my plan. Sometimes I'm comfortable with my own eventual demise. Other times I think "I'm not ready yet." What if I would die and I already had a cruise booked and paid for? That would suck. When I was working for a living I told my co workers that if i died before I retired I would come back and haunt all those mother truckers. Some of their wives and even my coworkers have had life threatening circumstances and most have survived to date.

Spent the afternoon driving....dropped off GS#1 at school, says he will be home for spring break, he'll catch a ride with another kid who goes to school there and lives here.

Stopped at my sisters' place to check on her half way back home. She's doing reasonably well...still having her times where she cries, but mainly crying at the nice things people are doing for, and saying to her. She told us she really takes a bit of comfort in the fact that Mike passed so quickly (Instantaneously, just like Dad) compared to Mom who dragged on from her cancer, for some time........Sis will be OK, just will take some time.
