Good Morning CGs!

I'm amazed how cold it got here. In the low 30s as an overnight temp. We did get a lot of snow falling but due to the rain first coupled with warm ground temps nothing really stuck to the ground. Hopefully it warms back up quickly. It's spring, after all.

Tommy, have a safe trip.

Gris, hopefully the cap and plugs help your idle issue. But it sounds like it could be a simple dirty IAC motor and throttle body or dirty MAF. Might be worth checking out.

Hope everyone has a great day!

50 DEGREES AND WINDY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. THE SHOW DOES NOT OPEN TILL 1000 HRS THIS MORNING, CLOSES AT FOUR, SO MUCH BETTER WHEN NOTHING GOING ON.

MATT, NEXT WEEK IS HARVEY'S TIME TO RUN, SO I'LL HAVE A GOOD CHANCE TO SEE RESULTS. THEY CHECKED IT OVER PRETTY CAREFULLY. DRIVING IT HOME IT DID SEEM TO RUN BETTER, BUT THAT COULD JUST BE THE PLACEBO EFFECT :-)

THE SUN IS SHINING NOW, A COOL, SUNNY SPRING DAY IS NOT GOOD FOR GUNSHOW ATTENDANCE, NEVER RAINS WHEN YOU WANT IT---

Morning guys...slept a little late, then haven't done much since. It's cool to start, 41 when I got up, but has warmed up into the low 50 now. It is a bit breezy, but we are in western Kansas, so that is normal.

Not much on the agenda for today, that I know of...I'll be told later.

I hope you’re all having a good weekend. I’ve been absent a while.
No vacation or anything as fun as that, just work and home issues.
All is well at the work 20, but the house is creating its own issues.
Two weeks ago we discovered water coming from an enclosed wall.
The opposite side of this wall was once garage/ utility space.
Upon investigation we moved furniture and found water dripping from outlets on both sides of the wall. After removing the outlets, I found it to be hot water, and the leak stopped by closing the water heater valve. It took a plumber to find and fix the leak, but now we’ve found the leak had been active for an unknown period of time. The former garage side of the wall now has a subfloor and it’s so shallow a camera is unable to make the turn to see if water is there as well.
Currently we’ve gotten the help of a company to take care of things, but they’ve changed their prognosis since the insurance company stated that the “M(old)” word isn’t covered. Apparently, most policies don’t, you have to get a rider for it.
So the the adventure continues here in Bobville.
I really appreciate being able to come to this forum to get rid of the steam from this kinda stuff. They say good things happen for good people. Maybe I need to re-examine my approach to things?
Have a good week everyone.

Thanks for the encouragement, but at this point the plumbing is fixed and dry out has commenced. I hate having to deal with the contractor for restoration now. I’ll say it again, the Reason people work in construction is because they are too irresponsible and dishonest to work in a car wash.

Hey, I don't resemble that remark..... Not all of us are irresponsible or dishonest.

+1

ANOTHER EVENTLESS DAY AT THE GUNSHOW, CROWD WAS A LITTLE BETTER, PEOPLE WERE BRINGING IN STUFF, JUST NOTHING I WANTED :-) MADE A BETTER BUY ON THE M24 THAN I THOUGHT. IT'S OPERATING MECHANICS ARE DIFFERENT FROM ANY DOUBLE GUN I'VE EVER LOOKED AT, SEEM A LOT MORE COMPLICATED THAN NECESSARY.
