Nice morning. Been nice outside lately. It actually started a little early this year. I'm loving it. Business has been good. I've not been too happy with my 64 year old shell but what can you do. I'm fighting the aging process but aging appears to be winning. Sue has a minor surgery next week then a garden club sale next weekend. She'll be down the Keys Friday and Saturday. This morning I'm trying to get outside and working by 09:00 A.M. I've been starting later than that. More like 11:00 but I have to break that cycle. So ..... It's up, up and away ............ Good day everyone.

COLD, DRIPPY, BREEZY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, 3/4 INCH IN THE RAIN GAUGE BUT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DRY UP SOME.

GETTING READY FOR A TRIP TO TEXAS TOMORROW. MY PATERNAL COUSIN'S "CREMAINS" ARE TO BE BURIED IN THE FAMILY'S HEREDITARY CEMETERY. I GUESS CREMATION IS MORE EFFICIENT; YOU DON'T HAVE TO DIG A GRAVE, JUST A POSTHOLE :-|

Kinda cold out......no rain or snow though.... I have been tasked with getting the house ready for the Holidays..... I am not motivated at all..... I need to start wid De floors and then move on to other stuff.... all the kids coming home for Thanksgiving.... and the wife is up to her pretty neck in teaching and her classes.... actually I have 2 kids in college right now...... Uboy who is just finishing up his degree and Uwoman working on her Doctorate.....

The key to staying in the game is stretching and some resistance training..... like lifting weights.... and walking and being active.... don't ever sit down and lose 20 pounds ....... see nothing to it.....

Better get with it...... have an illuminating day Guru's.....

Big crime in Homestead, Florida. Someone stole all of the toilets from the police station.

Cops there have nothing to go on.

On the East side of Chicago someone stole all the tires off the police vehicles parked in the parking lot. Station detectives are said to be working the case tirelessly.

Started at 10:00 so not too bad. Didn't make 09:00 thanks to Facebook. lol Struggling through the day. I'm working half fast ...... Or is that half assed. Makes me realize when I feel great how much I take it for granted.

Het guys....another busy day. Got up a little later than normal, then headed over to the 'city' to do our Thanksgiving dinner shopping and picking up some things for the kitchen remodel. Back home to unload, deliver the stuff then home to work in the shop on some things.

Down to the school to watch GS#3 in the "Open Practice". Now back home to do a few more things in the shop.

Been cold today, 33 was the high. A little snow on the ground when we got up, but warm ground, it didn't last, and snowed off and on all day, but didn't stick.

#3 and her family are on their way here tonight. We are watching the girls for a few days while #3 and SIL go out to Colorado for few days to Celebrate his 40th birthday, but they will be back Wednesday. So two of our three girls and families will be here for T-giving. Rosie is going to bake a turkey, #2 SIL is deep fat frying one and I'm going to slow cook/smoke one on the new grill....should have plenty of turkey.
