OVERCAST AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, THE SUN IS TRYING TO COME OUT. THE CHEROKEES ARE ALL FOR THAT. WE DIDN'T GET THE PREDICTED RAIN LAST NIGHT, JUST A TRACE.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY. I'LL PICK UP SOME OF THE BLOWDOWN FROM THE STORM. DARLING WIFE HAS AN FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENT WITH THE SURGEON IN TULSA TOMORROW.

ALWAYS FORWARD, GURUS---

Morning guys....Sunny, seasonably warm and light breezes this morning. Upper 70s for highs.

Not much on my agenda....can't do much in the shop since the table saw is non functional until the new switch comes in.

Hope Sue and DW are healing up well.

Good Morning CGs!

Cloudy and rainy here. Had quite the t-storm last night, as well.

Tommy - glad the surgery went well and hope Sue is feeling better today.

Today is RR#1's bday. Can't have a gala but we are having a car parade drive by and then having the grandparents over for dinner. Should be nice. It was also her wish to go for a ride in the Corvette. So I got that home finally on Friday night. Just took her out for zip through the industrial park. Coincidentally, the wet pavement made it really hard to keep the car driving in straight line and not spin in circles intermittently. She was pleased.

Hope everyone has a great day.

I went over to the house and found the mud had dried sufficiently for me to go over and install the crown in the kitchen and office area cabinets. so I went around and picked up what I needed, plus Rosie and GS #3. 3 1/2 hours later that job is marked of the list. Came home and we ate lunch. I asked GS if he wanted to wash his car. So we started working on that and I had him pull it in the garage and we spent some time buffing out a few scratches and applied a coat of Rejex. He vacuumed it out and treated the dash and other interior parts. It looks really good. About the time we were finishing up, GS #2 shows up after coming home from work. We washed his car last night and worked on his headlights...they were pretty foggy, we got them looking almost like new and told him to come by today so we could work on the paint. so we clayed it and put a coat of Rejex on it. Cleaned the inside and treated the dash and other interior things.

SUN CAME OUT AND IT TURNED INTO A NICE DAY. LA MEXICANA CAME BY FOR A VISIT AND BROUGHT HER PARENTS. PAPA SPEAKS ONLY A LITTLE ENGLISH AND MAMA NONE AT ALL, BUT DAUGHTER IS A GOOD TRANSLATOR. NICE PEOPLE, WE HAVE MET THEM BEFORE. WE HAD COFFEE AND CAKE. FROM WHAT I READ IN THE NEWS I'M GLAD THEY'RE HERE AND NOT IN MEXICO.
