Hey guys, yes, it's been a while

Having trouble getting the 95 Vette into diagnostic mode.
Cars is skipping and the check engine light came on.

I tried jumping J2 to J4 & J5
Nothing.
I've done it before, but it's been a while.
I check the AC fuses

thats the strange OBD1.5 thing...

I think a standard OBDII scanner will work on it. I don't remember the jump pins for that era...
