Morning guys... Cool, cloudy and breezy this morning. I need to finish unloading the pickup...it was dark when we got home and I didn't want to unload the tools. And I need to call about my cabinets that were supposed tobe delivered yesterday, but apparently didn't...

Morning y'all.
Been up and out early enough to see the sunrise, then see the clouds overtake it. Chance of rain due later, from the looks of it more like a guarantee. Just got out of physical therapy, hard to believe I've dealt with this mess for couple of years and therapy could help. My sciatic nerve hurt constantly, when I'd get up, my thigh and groin area would tense up or spasm and I'd bout go down, figured it was hip surgery gone bad. Neurologist referred me to his PT downstairs and after the first treatment I felt better. Turns out to be an overtight piriformis which led to other muscles pulling lower spine around to create pelvic torsion and a sprained sacroilliac ligament. Very simple exercies you really don't think are doing anything until you all of a sudden don't hurt, can walk, can get up with no pain. One of those "why didn't I try this sooner" moments.
Hoping for a slow day today and go home and chill. First nursing home visit tomorrow at 2. Had an hour long call with our Ombusman also, who isn't allowed in either. Very wrong since he's the one that makes sure they're doing their jobs and neglect and abuse isn't happening and protocols are followed. No wonder they don't want people in, they become expsosed for their lack of care giving. He did ask me to report back to him post visit as I think something's brewing
Have a great day y 'all

Glad to see a good result, Letty.

4 hour uptown back and forth delivery with a a stop at the mechanics. The 2005 Silverado found itself in need of some extensive repairs. EGR, MAF, Upper control arm bushings, motor mounts. If Matt was close I'd have him do it for a six pack and a pizza. Alas, I'll have to pay the piper instead.

Tommy,
I have gotten a good result. Wished I knew it would be that simple, I was thinking arthritis or a hip replacement to fix a bad hip rebuild. I can get up from a chair with no pain, sleep better and walk better. What she does works not on the 'major' muscles so much as the underlying tiny support ones. Plus the tens unit thingie and heated ultrasound. It's a full hour's treatment. I'm only on number 4 but I can tell.

Good Evening CGs!

Gris, it's 300.

Tommy, I'd be happy to help out. Might take two pizzas for all of that. Sounds like a $1500 job.

Got cold here. Brrrrr.

Hope everyone had a great day!

That will take care of the MAF and EGR job. OEM parts are expensive.
