OVERCAST AND DRIPPY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, RAIN IN THE FORECAST ALL WEEK. EXPLETIVE DELETED!
NOT MUCH TO DO TODAY, BIRD FEEDERS ARE ALL EMPTY, AUTO ROTATION DUE, BUT MAY BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. SOME PLACES GOT HEAVY RAIN, TULSA AND OKC HAD STREET FLOODING. WE DIDN'T GET ALL THAT MUCH, HALF INCH OR SO. THE LITTLE GUNSHOW WAS UNEVENTFUL SUNDAY, SOLD ANOTHER BOOK, SAM SOME OF HIS VN DVD'S. ONE UNUSUAL THING WAS A BETTER CROWD SUNDAY MORNING THAN AFTERNOON, THE OPPOSITE OF THE USUAL PATTERN. SAW FOUR SINGLE CAR WRECKS BETWEEN TULSA AND HOME, ONE HAD HIT THE CENTER BARRIER, THREE OFF THE ROAD, TWO OF THEM WAY OFF THE ROAD. HYDROPLANING OR JUST COULDN'T DRIVE IN THE RAIN? HIGHWAY IS WELL DRAINED. |

Down here there are wrecks everyday because of halfwits fooling with their phones. You can't fix stupid (and illegal activity). Though I do grab my phone from time to time to ask for directions but I try to do it at a stoplight or a traffic back up. Rain also in the forecast here but it is rainy season. Took yesterday off for the most part. Sundays have been becoming a day of rest.  |

Hey guys, comfortably cool today....upper 70s...looks like it could rain anytime.
Worked in the shop finishing up the doors for the bathroom cabinet. Ok, it sprinkling now...maybe we'll get a little rain out of this. |

Good evening CGs!
Raining now. Didn't start until this afternoon so we had a little bit of a break. The bad driving epidemic is everywhere unfortunately. Covid had a big impact. The reports say that there has been a 15% increase in speed related deaths after covid. That's pretty significant. Just look around you at the way people drive now. There is no regard for safety or anyone else on the road. I need to start the stereo project on the C5 but I've been postponing it. Haven't really had a good block of free time to do it which is what I need. I think it should take me about 5 hours to do everything. I might just put the head unit in by itself and do the backup camera and everything else later. Hope everyone had a great day! |
