Good morning - beautiful day here again today, warming up and the smoke haze from wildfires is increasing. NE Arkanasas is in the edge of what the weather channel says 'heavy air quality impairment". Yeah, I can see it. Outside from the porch, the trees two houses down were hazy. Pretty thick out here but makes cool looking sunsets.
Not a lot on schedule today so far, one job to finish and I really need to file a bunch of crap. Finally got cousin's Medicaid renewal done to determine what I pay the "home" and they messed that up, so two days on the phone and I think we're finally straight.
Also, got my stab this morning for the vaccine, didn't hurt like everybody said, we'll see what happens later.
I still am 100% not on board with a vaccine that's not fda total approved, and one that's basically forced on us yet we're still called "willing participants" and not allowed to sue if something goes wrong. But, we are considered a hot spot, I have nurse friends that are at their limit with new cases, plus kids here are getting it now that were seemingly immune before. I've said all along kids are the cause of the spread of most things as they're germ factories anyway. But , adults that go pee and can't wash their hands let alone their ass don't help it any. The one in the nursing home is still refusing it, she's had covid but the next time might kill her. It did kill a few of her friends. I'm in and out of there and do not want to be responsible for an outbreak. I still might pass it along but at least I did take a precaution.
Ya'll have a good day.
Bob glad the surgery went well and recovery is off to a good start.

Vaccine. Take it or don't. I like to cruise so I took it. I figure it's probably safer than eating McDonalds food. I posted a story on my fb page about those getting intubated pleading for the vaccine and the doctor telling them "It's too late.". That's how it goes with the freedom of choice. I handle manure infused mulch. Now that's some hazardous shit. LOL.

Hey guys, a busy day here. Was supposed to help a friend put up a "few pieces" of siding....ended up being all day, so everything else I planned didn't happen.

County fair going on today and the free BBQ dinner was tonight. Pretty good eats.

Plans for leaving to KC tomorrow were thrown out the window the other night. We were going to #3s house and Sunday leave for Branson. Well, we got word Tuesday evening that a friend of #3, and classmate, lost her husband Monday evening, heart attack...only 41 years old. So, they are headed to Oklahoma for the funeral Saturday. So the change in plan is, we will head to Rosies' dads place Saturday morning and leave for Branson from there Sunday morning.

The change in plans allows me to get one more day of work in before our trip. Not sure what we will be doing tomorrow, but I'm sure we'll stay busy.
