Morning guys...back to hot today, 100 the predicted high. I have a massage scheduled for today.

The golf was good, not so much because we golfed good, as we just had a good time. Lots of people were thinking like us, so when we got there, we jumped over to #7 to start and when we got back around to #1 a couple friends were there getting ready to start, so we played a complete 9 with them. Actually, they wanted to play a scramble against us. Well, as it ended up, GS and I beat them 2 holes to 0, tied on 7 holes. GS was pretty pumped as both the others were teachers of his. He played pretty well saving our bacon on a couple holes with great shots.

Back home, we got a couple things finished up. More to do today. Stay cool out there guys.

good afternoon - nice out this morning but you could tell it's gonna be hot. A storm blew through during the night, of course missing us, we need rain beyond desperately right now. None in sight and 100s back on schedule for the week. We're roasting. Larry at body shop sent over some photos of the car yesterday, halo, rear deck and rockers painted. Rest up next. I'm on the hunt for a new windshield for it while I'm at it.

How come it's so shiny, Matt? Why didn't you go with flat or matte? .... No really. That looks f'n great.

I spread two loads of mulch with the S-10 today. It carries 12 25 gallon buckets each load. To do the whole yard right it takes about 240 buckets. I'm about 1/2 done with the mulch job. I just do a load every now and then. Got rained on while doing it. Wet from rain, wet from sweat. Not a whole lot of difference. The rain is actually cooler but humid as hell after it stops. I was going to do more but I hear thunder. Guess I'll switch to low impact indoor $#!+ Already had 2 showers today. The warm up shower this morning and a refresher when I came in from the yard. As long as I don't get sweaty I'm good for the rest of the day.
