Been AWOL the last couple days. Busy out in the shop and around the house trying to get stuff ready for Leos' grad party Saturday.

I've been working on several things in the shop. I haven't been able to learn that skill Tommy talks about..."Learn how to say NO".

The last 2 days, the weather people have been saying we were going to get some rain...so far we've received 0" of that precious stuff...not even a drop, the humidity hasn't even gone up. It did LOOK like we might get a shower last night, but nothing came of any of it. Same for today...I'll believe it if/when it happens......

I need to get out to the shop.... I hope you guys have a great day.

Spent the afternoon weeding and only got 6 plant beds done and the driveway. The rest in the front yard aren't as bad as the ones I did. It helps when you do the worst ones first. Thinking of doing some shopping and bring the dog to the vet for her tri-annual rabies vaccine and tag. This will be her last set of shots I'm thinking. 11 y/o rottie mix. Only time will tell.

Good morning. Yes, saying "NO" more is becoming one of my goals. Especially when saying "yes" puts me out and affects my chi.
We have been getting rain the last day or two, started the other night, then cleared then started again late that night. Had put grass seeds out a few days ago so hoping it helps. I do see some weird weeds, and I have dadgum WHEAT in my yard. WTF. I ride to work today with Arron and what do I see in the fields by the house? Wheat. Figures. Whatever that dude plans I end up with in my yard and flowerbeds.
Gris, I'm better by the day but not sleeping good hampers me a bit. I am at work today, since I have a desk job doc said I should be fine. I'd rather be home a few more days since sleeping is off still. But at some point I'd rather be on a regular schedule. I do have a trailer coming for measurements and have someone ready to help if I need it for lower stuff. The rest, since I'm not bending a bunch I should be able to handle.
Ya'll have a great day

Good Evening CGs!

Warmed up quite a bit here, was in the 80s today. Expecting some rain overnight. Of course all of the swings are causing havoc on my sinuses. Not feeling all there this evening. Took an allergy pill and hopefully a good night's sleep will fix that.

Welcome back, Letty.

Hope everyone had a great day!
