The LTCC and Dynaspark are both in the mail...

I don't expect the LTCC to be at fault, but jeez, if I am sending the dynaspark, why not both?

One upside to a cap-less dynaspark, you don't have to remove the crank pulley. It's a lot thinner and just kinda falls off.

I sent the Dynaspark in just as I removed it, so he can see there isn't a huge oil leak or something that could have contaminated it.

On Friday, when I last drove it, it fell apart as I pulled into the driveway. It will not recover once this starts. Yesterday, I needed to move the Vette to the side so I could reach the garage, and it started up perfectly fine, as the idle settled, it fell apart. It is acting like an old school carb'd car with a totally fouled plug... but that's not it. It sputters, flutters, misses, just runs like garbage.

I am going to pull the rocker covers this week, too... I am wondering if a valve spring or lifter has failed. I haven't heard anything, but at this point, why not check.
