I had already replaced the radiator/water pump/all hoses, etc, and then I started getting that faint smell of antifreeze in the car. It was leaking slightly from the heater core and you could see a few spots on the carpet! Since it was the start of summer, I bypassed the core. Finally, after months of procrastination, I worked up the courage to replace the core myself. I completed the job this past Sunday, and all is well!  |
