Subject: Dr Don Modifications to the stock BOSE Head Unit by wilsonbh on 2008/1/11 10:04:25 I'm getting close to sending my BOSE head unit to Dr Don for a modification. I want the CDR capability but man! $200 to play CDRs sounds extreme. Also, for another $100, they will disable the Cassette and install a jack for input of external devices such as MP3 players/IPODs. My question is has anyone had this MP3 mod done to their Cassette player? I'd like to find out about it. I hate to lose the Cassette capability even though I almost never use that part of the radio.
