For the antenna you have two options (as long as the motor is working).

First option: you can switch out the mast which I believe is around $20. The plastic gear strip is usually stripped.

Second option: replace the entire power antenna assembly. This will cost a bit more. I found them used from $75, or new starting around $140 (ebay).

Mine didn't want to pull the new mast in, so I replaced the entire unit. It is a simple job and was very happy to have it working proper.
