Subject: Re: tires for 78 by Trae1976 on 2010/7/27 13:25:40 Unfortunately I have no experience with 275s. My last set were 255/60R15s on all fours, on the stock rims (8" with no offset). I would get an occasional slight rub in the front during tight turning (usually parking), but I don't recall anything close at all in the rear. And I don't think there is any significant difference in the '76 and '78 fenders around the wheel wells. As far as the mfg spec question, I really don't know.  But I'm pretty sure mine came from the factory with 225s. |
