Subject: Re: Sunday Chat by Matatk on 2010/7/18 21:07:21 Good Afternoon CGs! Was actually up early this morning. Met up with my buddy and we did a run through the forest preserve. After a couple of miles, we stopped at a large stone stairs that is inset and did a few sets up and down (like 100 or so up) and then finished up another mile and a half. Absolutely killer. We were both spent at the end. Ended up taking a nap with the baby today  It's hot and humid out so it looks like I'll be taking a dip in the pool later. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
