I'm supposed to drop the car off in the morning to a local exhaust shop so they can look over my system. I'm dreaming that they call me and tell me they have reworked my exhaust system and its quiet as a lamb at cruising speed and sounds wicked mean as hell at idle and WOT!! I know a lot of people think I'm crazy for taking a stroker motor and capping the exhaust to quiet it down, but that's how its got to be right now. Here is a fun clip to listen to. I had backed it out of the garage and shut it off. I think it loaded up a little bit while sitting still before I started the second time, hence the rough initial idle. Currently Mick has the idle set high while we are working on the tune. |
