Subject: RE:Need a break from life... by Midnight85 on 2008/1/23 17:13:01 Keep plugging away Case, things WILL get better. Back in March of '03 I had the luck of getting a disabling back injury. I was 54 years old and had no intention of retiring until I was 62. Anyway, I was retired and spent the next 18 months in a depression like you wouldn't believe. Due to inactivity I gained 120 lbs.!! I'm still trying to get rid of the weight. As of now I still have my bad days but I know now that depression will never get me down again like it had. Keep fighting it. |
