Definition:
The year with no Corvette production. There is only one surviving 1983 Corvette. The one 1983 Corvette is in the National Corvette Museum, (NCM), in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The 1984 actually began production as what would be considered a 1983 1/2. Thus, the high production numbers for the 1984.
