Gonna replace a couple of facia boards, some drip edge and sealcoat the roof for $2600. They will give us a 5 year warranty on the work and on a no leak roof. It wasn't leaking as it was. That should appease the insurance company. The buyer is splitting the cost with us. Let's see if that will get us to the closing table. I sure hope so. Could I have done that myself? Probably. Would I have done that myself? Not in this case. I want to have it done right and have a paper trail to present to the insurance company and the financing bank. |
