Gris I think my "pushing the limits" is what has gotten me this far. When I see the therapist she asks what I've been doing at home. The stuff I told her about out in the yard freaked her out and she asked that I please not share that info with the surgeon when I see him next. I figure if it hurts, stop. If it doesn't, proceed with caution. Flintstoning myself in the chair and pulling myself up has gotten me some well toned hamstrings, calves, triceps and what not however. Can't complain there. Gonna be 80 and nice here today and I"m off so I'm sitting outside |
