Apparrently he got into it with an ATV rider out by his house. The story states as the rider was riding away my amigo hit his ATV with his vehicle flipping the ATV. The rider fell into a barbed wire fence and was injured. My friend is one of the most mellow people I know. Kind and generous with his time and expertise. Guesss there's a message in there somewhere. Don't poke the bear. Have to see how it progresses. See what kind of plea deal he can work out. |
