Subject: Re: Ssooooooooo! How Does Your Spouse Feel About Corvettes by skirlin on 2008/12/4 6:37:41 Wow, what a subject. She hates it. Well, maybe hate is too strong, how about not very enthusiastic. My wife has only rode in it twice and both times I drove like a perfect gentlemen. She does not appreciate the Corvette experience. We have been together for 18 years and she knew I was a gearhead from day one. I finally could afford to buy one and she said I could if she could have a new car. Three days later she was driving a new Malibu and tried to back out of the deal  . NOT! I think she is jealous of a car? Every conversation about spending money on it always ends in an argument . All in all I have zero regrets about buying it and would do it again.  |
