Subject: Re: Men buying tools.... by teebee on 2010/7/17 13:45:00 Earlier this year, on one of my KC trips, my daughter said that her car (Olds Alero) sounded funny. After driving it, I figured it was the front wheel bearing. I had few tools there, so in order to fix it I went to the parts store to pick up the parts. I find it needs a 35mm socket to take the nut off. The parts store has the single 1/2" drive socket for $25....I told my SIL "Lets go to HF", at HF I buy a complete 3/4" set for $49. Was a no brainer. I have been very happy with my Pittsburg wrenches. |
