Thanks for the comments.

The site has always been slow and if this forum software is continued to be used, it will always be slow unless we purchase a dedicated server. We are talking some $$ then.

It will take money to be better, but in the past we have never asked any of our members to contribute.

I can't say I know what the future holds with the format of the guru. I am no longer the site admin as I have passed it along to my co-originator. Hopefully things will improve with the site and members will return very soon!

i'm on a couple of other sites, and some of them have "premium memberships" where you donate maybe $10.00 a year, and in that yuou would get a larger avatar, and maybe some storage for pics... also maybe we could do a "corvette of the month" where members would nominate other corvettes, and then there would be a poll setup, and have the winner of the next month announced, and their pic put up on the site?

just a thought

you need any help with graphic design, or an extra MOD, lemme know, and i will put some work on it

Redvette! Z51! Great to see you both back!

Spread the word, but be gentle... I don't want CF banning everyone over there... or worse yet, banning me. I have a plan, and getting banned doesn't get it done!

believe me i don't wanna get ya banned from there... i will try and spread the word(without gettin banned on CF) already been there once on CF with posting a street racing vid, but that wont ever happen again

i have been looking for some time for a decent pair of rear speaker covers for my 84, and have been unsuccessful, i have looked at all the corvette places, and the only one i can get would be the left rear cover... now will 91, and up be a direct bolt in, or what can i do to freshen up my old ones? or is there any other GM vehicle like camaro, or firebird that used the same rear covers?

I've had two sets on my car, they are loud but they sound pretty good, especially with a free flowing cat. Keep us posted on your progress.

Flair! Many of our fellow Corvette lovers have asked us to produce a 1984-91 LT1- Style Targa Muffler. Our production shop went to work and developed not one, but two new mufflers! Now, you can choose from our long-time favorite aluminized steel targas with black finish or our new stainless steel targas. Both are capped with polished stainless steel LT1-style tips. Slim design cleans up the rear view of your Corvette, while the sound will have you turning down the stereo just to enjoy your Corvette's new, powerful exhaust note. Swivel neck design allows for easy installation and tip adjustment. 2.25" inlet.

from mid america............BTW part number is: 603-414 black, 603-412 stainless

mine has the same rocker, but it doesn't matter if you have the high beams on, or low beams the fogs are on, but thats the only time the fogs are on is when the headlights are on
