bogus, I can see your point. To me, the base C6 body just doesn't look that good and when you put the hood and widebody kit on it the change is dramatic. My car is fast but to me no where near fast enough. Just to me, 436HP just isn't enough!!LOL

No, it's a 2005. Just finally got the front end level and big wheels and tires on it a few months ago. Had some Mazzi chrome rims and 265's and it looked like a 2WD.

This is My garage behind the house! The basement garage has PLENTY of clutter. Look at the picture of my engine bay in my other pics and you can see plenty!!! This one is even cleaner now after I cleaned it the other day but that will all change here in a few days when I start working on some winter mods on the C5.

I think they goofed up just putting the LS3 in it. They should have taken the LSA motor from the CTS-V and strapped that bad boy in it and slotted it between the Z06 and ZR1. They totally killed that amazing widebody look with a stock LS3 motor. Just doesn't do it justice. Plus the Grand Sport is sorta of always been a Special Vette name.

I am from Smithville over in Middle TN. Had it at the Expo in Sevierville on Saturday last year. Also stopped by the Vette show at a Chevy dealer in Knoxville in May after a run to the Dragon. We have had a couple of Runs at the Dragon in the last year and was in Gatlinburg both times. That may be where you saw it.

I drew those about 4 years ago and have never got around to airbrushing them. It took forever and a LOT of Sharpies to draw them two layers deep and I just can't bring myself to invest the money or the time to paint them.

Thanks for all of the compliments!!! She is a work in progress and I don't have a clue what I want to do next. I want some CCW wheels and rear fender flares so bad but just can't see dropping that kind of cash on it when I don't drive it as much as I should! Hopefully can run into some of you guys on a Tail of the Dragon run this year.

We have a C4 and a C5 and the butt is one of my favorite parts of the C5 and one of the worst parts of the C4! It is too small and not defined enough on the C4 imo. Man, your garage is making me feel bad. We keep our house spotless because the wife and I both are OCD about our living area...the garage on the other hand catches all the mess. We do a thorough cleaning about 4 times a year and it seems to be junked back up in just a few days.
