Hey there friends,I just thought I'd post a pic of my other baby,I've put alot of t.l.c. in it also.
last year it won Dec. truck of the month last year and then it won 2006 truck of the year in the same month on the web site BroncoII-Ranger .com. It's an 88 BroncoII XL

And this came from a contest that I had to name my truck,I had the winning name (drawn from a hat) and had a special tire cover made for it.

sorry for taking up alotta space.

cool!

What is that long vertical thing next to the spare tire? It looks somewhat painful.

The rims look like the ones we have on our old Jeep Cherokee.

Oh that is the high lift jack,I just started putting the brackets on,it should have been straight up and down instead of crooked like that.
it can be used for either jacking the truck up or as a winch, they do come in handy. almost everything is stock on it,it's a tough little truck. thank you.

the BII's are a good as the fullsized Bronco's are bad! I have never met anyone who hasn't had some issue with the big ones... be it bad MPG, electrical bugs... body rot... you name it.

But I know a lot of folks who have had a BII and they flat out LOVE them! They are sturdy, durable and quite reliable.

Great ride!

So that is a big jack... damn... looks like you could lift a house with it!

We have a beater Jeep - 1993 Cherokee... 4.0 I6, 2WD, A4, PS, BP, AC... that's it... the AC and heat will freeze/bake you to death... the engine is stout... overall, it's been a great little vehicle! We are really happy, considering we only paid $1700 for it!!! It just turned 110k miles. Very low for that I6.

I will agree totally with all of that,I've owned two of the full sized Broncos and I wouldn't own another, pound for pound the B2s can out work and generally outdo the full size at almost anything,I've owned 4 B2s and still own 2,B-daddy and one that I did a chop job on.
Like my Vette, they will stay with me forever.the 4.0 Cherokees were good rigs also some people are swaping those motors to their B2s.

amazing that the I6 will fit in that engine compartment!!!!!

It is a great engine tho... so very smooth, but that's the bennie of it being an inline engine.

So you have been on both sides of the coin... a friend here had a fullsize and the dash electrics took a crap. The harness was a mess... I wanted nothing to do with that project.
