Good Morning Gurus!

Friday...

I'm working late tonight. I'll be in a bucket truck above a billboard shooting the billboard and some traffic whizzing by. If you don't hear from me before Monday, I've died.

It's an easy job that will pay way more than it is worth, so I'm in!

I haven't driven my Vette in about a week. Getting a little shakey.... Must drive this weekend....

Sounds rather invigorating... and you get paid!

We have a quiet weekend planned...

First off, there is a ton of racing on TV... NASCAR from Talledega, ALMS from Atlanta, F1 from China... I am about ready to install the front bumper on the Jeep - the new paint looks WONDERFUL! I am so thrilled. It's not perfect... no, I never intended for that, but gee, from 3' away, it looks brand spanking new.

JrRifleCoach from CF is coming down... We are having lunch on Sunday. I need to get him to start hanging out here more. As people come to realize this is the new place to be, traffic will increase!

I've tried to watch NASCAR. I can't get into it. I tell ya what might change that though... If they start racing cars that you could actually buy. No such thing as a two door, RWD Fusion, Monte Carlo, Toyota Camry/Solara.

The world needs more RWD cars, dang it! I can't wait to see the new Camaro on the street. And I would actually consider trading the Vette for a Plum Crazy Purple Dodge Challenger, if it looks like the concept car I've seen.

But I would really like to keep the Vette AND get a new Challenger... If I keep getting these crazy freelance jobs thrown at me, who knows? Hard to imagine throwing 30 large at a car though. That's crazy money as far as I'm concerned.

Yuck. That car is ugly. Id rather trick my vette out with the money that could be spent on that. BLAH!

Yeah, but that one's ORANGE, see? Now Purple would be so much cooler! :tongue:

The Challenger is a classic shape. I love it!!! My brother had a 1970. His was a base 318, tho... slow as slow, but still nice looking.



and lets get that colour right.
