I need to remove the front Bose driver side speaker. I thought it would be easy, but nooooo, they wouldn't want to make it easy. Any hints on getting it out? I have the repair manual but it seems vague on some points. Thanks

Ok... I saw this earlier, but didn't have a chance to comment... sorry for the delay!

First off, the seats out will help. More swinging room.

1. remove the plastic trim at the door jam.
2. remove all screws holding on the cover on the outside (part that seals to the door).
3. starting at the back, start to lift the cover. As you lift, pull back a little and keep working it up and back.
4. There may be some velcro or something like that holding the grill to the enclosure.

The parking brake cover should come off, too... it just makes it easier.

That should about do it.
