My '94 automatic is missing some sort of logo that should be on the plastic console cover that includes the seat controls and surrounds the shift lever --not sure of its official name. All I have there is some glue and a hole. Can someone post a picture of one? Also, does anyone know where I can get one?

Thanks,

Pete

Sure looks like a logo goes there.

BTW, I tried to add an attachment and it wouldn't let me.

I donno about the attachment function, I will check that...

that logo isn't stock. I know that for a fact. There isn't anything OEM for that location.

If you want a logo, it's more than likely available from Ecklers. Looks like their kinda bling.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for the info!

I'll probably put something there for now, to cover up the hole. My goal is to make sure my Corvette is "as original", so will have to correct the problem when I get to the task of refurbishing the console area. The dulcote, or whatever that coating is, is pretty disreputable.

it's funny, the dulcoat on my 92 is holding up VERY well. It has a few nicks, but for the most part, it's solid. No bubbles or peals.

the disaster in my 'vette's Dulcote looks exactly like someone spilled fingernail polish remover on it, then tried ot wipe it up with a paper towel.

I will check that. The passwords have changed, and that setting may be off, now.
