It's a site. You can sign up for a free account. Once you have the account, you can upload your pictures. Once that is done, you can copy/paste the IMG to this site and then click submit. It then should come up as your picture. If someone else knows how to explain it better, then please do.

once you upload the pictures to photobucket or whatever, take the link and put it within the image brackets. Look at the 2nd row of buttons on top of the editor and select the little picture of a mountain to the left of the funky "F".
