It's not listed correctly in the part catalogs, so here are some part numbers:

Carquest # 85926
AC-Delco #: TF184 ($4.50 at Rockauto.com)
Fram #: FT1024 ($9 at Kragen)
Napa #: ATP14717 ($8.50)
Ford #: D0AZ-7A098-A
General Motors #: 12339143

If those don't work for you, tell the parts store clerk you have a 1969 Ford Ranchero (5.8L) and you need an automatic transmission filter. Trust me. If it comes with some wierd shaped gasket, throw the gasket away. The 4+3 does not use a gasket from the factory, instead, try "The Right Stuff" rtv.

Try and reuse the grommet from the old one if it's not rock hard or torn.
