Ok, I have ordered from Exotic Muscle a set of ceramic coated headers for my LT1 in the '94 Vette. After having read previous posts on different forums I am having hem made up w/out the AIR fittings. Now my ? When I get them what do I do w/ the AIR pump and lines that went to the headers(?) By not getting the fittings on the headers does this change anything for my computer/ sensors?

You can have the hair dryer programmed out.

Remove the lines... the problem? No EGR... and even tho the air blower may be redundant after warm up, the EGR is useful after warm up.

You will have to program that out, too... Personally, I am a fan of the EGR. It does lower NOx emissions, but the other upside is that it helps contain detonation by cooling the combustion charge.
