My late brother, Roy, had a Reliant wagon... I think it had the Mitsu motor in it and a 4 spd manual.

It was, uh, interesting. It rode very nicely. Very smooth... and rather quiet... just stripped to the bones... and the shifter was very inaccurate. Sloppy is more to the point. And it didn't handle worth squat, but, again, it did ride good.

He didn't have it long... no A/C... never did understand why he bought it in the first place.
