I loved those Civic 1500S'. Great little cars.

And the Merkur... cool.

I hooked into the linked Haggerty Pricing Guide. Nice to see the 911's appreciating. Unfortunately the C4 Corvettes are stagnant and my 79 928 groveling in early C4 Corvette territory. Like Andy told me though, you do it for yourself. It's not like you're looking to sell it. My understanding is that some Civics were known to put Corvettes in a compromised position. I had an 85 S-10 ext cab long bed. Can't remember if it was a 4 or 5 speed but was good on gas. That truck was a great truck. Reliable, dependable and comfortable for what it was. I traded my loaded 83 Cavalier 4 door in on it. Now that was a major league POS. I traded my 79 TA bandit in to get the 83 Cavalier in my quest to settle down, grow up and become responsible. That was a major error in judgment on my part. I beat that 83 Cavalier for every nickel it was worth. Total worth? ..... about fiddy cent.
