How many bulbs are in them. i see there is a white lens and a red lens. A nd do the sockets twist out ? Passenger side, does the charcoal canister have to come out to get to the socket ?

There are two bulbs in each. The red one is a No. 24. The white one is a No. 1156. I think they twist to come out.
